In-Line Separation and Ejection Units

Unit Purpose:

▸ Boosting the pressure of low-pressure degassing gas using the energy of a high-velocity natural gas stream;
▸ Ensuring a high degree of commercial gas preparation;
▸ Utilizing flare gases;
▸ Application as additional lines in large-scale gas treatment facilities or within mobile gas treatment facilities for early hydrocarbon production during well testing.

Application Experience:

▸ Successfully operating as part of the Dobrinskoye gas treatment facility, VolgaGas

Project Implementation Enabled:

▸ Production of LPG exceeding 4 t/h with a gas flow rate of 40,000 Nm³/h at the unit inlet;
▸ Additional revenue from gas sales through flare gas ejection;
▸ Additional condensate recovery.

Unit Composition:
▸ Ejector
▸ In-line separators (2 units)
▸ Coagulator (1 unit)

Advantages:

▸ Compact design – requires no foundation;
▸ Low CAPEX;
▸ OPEX = 0;
▸ In combination with a heat exchanger and three-phase separator, it can replace a full-scale low-temperature separation unit.
